Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery times
Standard shipping takes place two to three working days after we receive your order.
Orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped with Swiss Post from our warehouse in Zurich.
Orders to Germany and the other EU countries are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes two to three working days; deliveries to more distant EU countries take correspondingly longer.
No customs formalities or import duties apply to deliveries within the EU, because we ship from Germany.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, so you can follow its status at any time.
Delivery may take longer around public holidays. We do not ship over Christmas and New Year: orders received after 23 December, 10:00, are dispatched at the beginning of January. Sundays and public holidays are not delivery days.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send the goods in a single shipment unless agreed otherwise. The item with the longest delivery time then determines the dispatch date.

We do not currently deliver to other countries.
Digital knitting patterns
Digital content is exempt from shipping; no shipping costs apply. We make the file available to you within 24 hours of receiving your order, via a link sent by email.
If your order contains both goods and digital content, shipping costs are calculated solely on the value of the physical items.
Returns
Please do not send goods back without contacting us first. Register your return by email in advance and we will give you the return address that applies to your order. As we ship from two warehouses, this avoids unnecessary transport costs. Details can be found in our return and withdrawal policy.
