Right of withdrawal for consumers
A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
We grant this right of withdrawal to all customers — regardless of the delivery country. For deliveries within the EU it exists by law; for deliveries within Switzerland we grant it voluntarily on the same terms.
Part A applies to physical goods, Part B to digital knitting patterns. If your order contains both, both sets of instructions apply alongside each other.
Part A — Physical goods (yarns, printed patterns, accessories)
Instructions on withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last of the goods, where you have ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send the goods back to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Please notify us in advance
We ship from two warehouses. Please notify us of your return in advance by email or telephone — we will give you the return address that applies to your order. Unannounced returns sent to the wrong address cause unnecessary customs and transport costs.
Grounds for exclusion
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal requirements.
Condition of returned goods
Please return the goods as complete and unused as possible. Handling beyond this may give rise to a claim for compensation for loss of value (see “Effects of withdrawal”).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if you
- have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
- we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
Provision
Digital content is exempt from shipping; no shipping costs apply. We make the file available to you within 24 hours of receiving your order, via a link sent by email. Where payment in advance has been agreed, the period begins with your payment instruction.
Rights of use
You receive a simple, non-transferable right of private use of the pattern purchased. Passing on, reproducing or publishing the file is not permitted.

Warranty
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. In the case of an incorrect delivery or defective goods, we bear the cost of return.
