You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SCHULANA GmbH & Co. KG, Pilgersheimer Strasse 25, 81543 Munich, telephone number: +49 89 53886919 0, email address: info@schulana.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of cancellation

 

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

 

Grounds for exclusion or expiration

 

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of digital content not on a physical data carrier, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:

​

1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins to fulfil the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and

​

2. has confirmed his knowledge that his consent expires with the start of the contract fulfilment and

 

3. the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital content not on a physical data carrier is made available:

• in which the content of the contract is reproduced and

• on which it is recorded that the consumer has expressly agreed before the contract is fulfilled that the entrepreneur begins to fulfil the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal with his consent with the start of the contract fulfilment.
